For cooking 2 trays (3-4 Pork Chops), place one tray on the very bottom directly on to of the drip tray and the other tray place in the middle position.For cooking only 1 tray (1-2 Pork Chops), place the tray in the middle position.Once the Vortex Plus oven displays “ADD FOOD” place the trays in the following position. (If you are only cooking one tray of Pork Chops, Set time to 20 mins.) Press “START” button. Press the “AIRFRY” button and increase the temperature to 370 degree. Make sure the drip tray is at the bottom of the Vortex. Place 2 Pork Chops on each Vortex Plus Baking Tray. Spray or brush a small amount of Olive Oil onto both sides of the Pork Chops and sprinkle with Salt and Pepper. Stuff approximately 2 Tbl of the prepared Stuffing into the Pork Chops. After the Pork Chops have marinated for 1 hour, take them out of the marinade and dry them off with a paper towel. ![]()
